At an Asian hotel he had a reservation in the name of Palatine, the title of a Roman soldier of the palace guard of the Roman emperors, formed in the time of Diocletian. Interestingly enough, he was joined by another agent from the Global Order Department (GOD), a female agent with whom the White Wolf had a history. Avoiding the perils around him, again he is victorious. Well written and fast paced. An interesting read.

I love adventures of the White Wolf a lot. There is too much action you don't have a time to relax! Something comes up in an unexpected way. Waiting for the next hunt..
Sly returns in book three of this series about the White Wolf, well told and very edge of your seat feeling throughout! I loved these series but did not read each book in order, and they still kept my attention with no problems keeping up with all the action in each one, look forward to more from this author!
This third book in the White Wolf series, like the others, is a short but edge of the seat gripping tale well worth reading for those who like their action heros to be quiet, fearless and a little insane.
Great continuation of the Hunts. Once more we get to "see" Sly in action, and everytime I like more the character, his humor is the best. Fun, fast and exciting are just a few words to describe the third hunt! Looking forward to what's next.
The White Wolf stalks the remains of the once oil rich city of Dubai. After the oil runs out, a despot sets up his headquarters in the remains of the city.

Another thrilling adventure but little else. The reader doesn't get any real information to expand on the character. So it is a fun read but not very enlightening.
Forces of G.O.D. (Global Order Department) go up against the evil Koba and his terrorist henchmen in this dystopian action yarn with characters and dialogue that feel fresh out of a comic. I'm still trying to visualize these two disks that come from Sly at shoulder height and are described as "flash(ing) through the dusty air and pass(ing) through his torso before plunging their hungry blades into the thugs standing behind him." Cool concept!
In this episode we see how the targets of episode one and two tie in to the overall story arc. The power of the White Wolf legend is that his targets are the most protected and unreachable in the world yet he tells them he's coming to kill them, and does in an always inventive manner. A continuation of Partamyan's gripping writing style.
