So on I read....This book is fabulous to spark your youngsters into reading books on their own especially if you read to them. Eventually they learned the secret and this book is still their most favorite books from their childhood! And what you ask was the secret to delicious? You gotta buy the book! I will never tell!

Used as a read aloud for my third graders and they loved it. Easily a good book for older kids as the vocabulary is very advanced.
A great idea about how to define "delicious"! My 9 year old daughter had to read 20 books for a "Battle of the books" contest and this was one of her favorites.
