This book was just amazing. It really opens up and talks about the dangers of online predators. Those predators are sneaky but as mothers we need to be smarter. I was holding my breath toward the end. I admire Margo for opening up and sharing her story which will hopefully prevent this from happening to someone else. This is a real page turner. Thank you so much for sharing this message.
I recently read this book and thought it was a great book to share with your kids and grandkids. It is well written and has a great contemporary story line. It is also a wonderful warning about how adults can easily prey on young adults via on line gaming. Read it. You will learn a lot.
What a great book for all of our youth to read, especially our young women, as they are struggling to figure out their worth. The writer does a great job of holding your attention all the way to the thrilling conclusion. Frightening, and thought provoking, a must read for your tween to teen!!
This book captured my interest and kept me reading late into the night to finish it. A book parents and young teens should read.
This book is intense! I couldn't put it down, it is a true page turner. As a mother of younger childern, ages 10, 10 and 5, I was so thankful to have read this book. It was completely eye opening into the world of online gaming and the dangers of chatrooms. This book is very well written and helped me to be able to start talking to my children and husband now about how to be safe as they are starting to have the desire to play games online. This is a book that I will be having my children read. I'm encouraging groups of teenagers to read this book whenever I can. It is powerful and very informative.
At first I was drawn to this book because of the cover, and that so-scary title. It turned out to be a great read, seductive, creepy, with a terrifying climax. The book is very real in the way it portrays a youngster's gullibility in the face of an internet predator. I read along completely engrossed. Who was this mysterious on-line boyfriend? A complete stranger? Or someone close by, seemingly harmless? Cleanly written and moves fast.
While mainly geared toward the YA reader, I personally feel this book will become a must read for parents because it gives a glimpse into how easily a teenager can be swayed into pushing aside all they’ve been taught, and their own internal voice saying something is wrong, and instead believing the crafty words of a virtual stranger. High school teachers might enjoy this book as well.

Who R U Really? is a realistic and frightening glimpse into how naiveté is searched for, and then exploited, by predatory members of society.

This book kept me up late at night many a time, thinking about both how great this book is, AND being freaked out because it’s a fantastically plotted work of art that will keep you turning page after page long past your bedtime.
